Adhesive foam for SATE insulation boards
Product variations:
One-component moisture-curing polyurethane adhesive for EPS and XPS insulation boards in ETICS systems. The foam has been produced in accordance with ISO 9001:2008.
Instruction for Use
- Shake the bottle vigorously (10-20 seconds, with the valve upside down) to thoroughly mix the components.
- Screw the bottle onto the applicator.
- The working position of the can is with the valve upside down.
- The way to apply the adhesive on vertical walls will be according to the following scheme:
- Immediately after applying the adhesive, press the board against the wall, compressing the adhesive bead to half its thickness and pre-position the board. It is essential to avoid complete crushing of the adhesive bead.
- After a few minutes, with the help of a level or a batten, adjust the final configuration of the board by pressing it again and pulling it gently from the floor.
- The first row of glued boards must rest on the starting profile.
