Instruction for Use
Waterproofing paint for finishing roofs: Before use, shake the product until it is perfectly homogenised. Apply a coat of primer, with a brush or a wool roller diluting REVESTIDAN® PROTECT COOL ROOFING in the proportion of 3 parts by volume of the product to 1 part of water, making sure that it penetrates well into all cracks or fissures. Once the primer has dried (approximately 24 hours after application under normal conditions of temperature and relative humidity), apply successive coats of undiluted REVESTIDAN® PROTECT COOL ROOFING until a coverage of 2.0 kg/m² excluding primer is achieved (minimum 2 coats excluding primer). Do not apply a coat until the previous coat is completely dry. It may be necessary to reinforce the singular points with a synthetic fabric reinforcement.
Waterproofing paint for finishing roofs on vertical elements: Apply the product before use, shake the product until it is perfectly homogenised. Apply a coat of primer, by brush or wool roller, diluting REVESTIDAN® PROTECT COOL ROOFING in the proportion of 3 parts by volume of the product to 1 part water, making sure that it penetrates well into all cracks or fissures. Once the primer is dry, apply successive coats of undiluted REVESTIDAN® PROTECT COOL ROOFING until a coverage of 2.0 kg/m² without primer is achieved (minimum 2 coats without primer). Do not apply a coat until the previous coat is completely dry. Cure by evaporation of water within 24 hours at 20-25 °C and 50% relative humidity. Dry to touch time approximately 4 hours at normal temperature and relative humidity. Drying time between coats, approximately 8 hours at normal temperature and relative humidity. It may be necessary to reinforce the singular points with a synthetic fabric reinforcement.

Warning
- Clean tools with water right after finishing. If there is solid dirt, we recommend scraping it off.
- Do not rest sharp or heavy objects on top of it.
- Do not use in places in permanent contact with water, either through condensation, storage or waterlogging.
- Waterproofing work must not be carried out when weather conditions may be detrimental, in particular in situations of snow, ice, rain or strong wind.
- Constant or prolonged immersion is not recommended.
- Not valid for waterproofing buried walls. In these cases we recommend DANOCRET® Protect Flex.
- It should never be used as a waterproofing system to be subsequently protected with heavy protection, whether slabs, gravel or earth (in the case of landscaped roofs) or otherwise.
- We recommend the application of a DANOPRIMER® W primer depending on the substrate.
Handling, storage and preservation
- Storage stability in closed original container and keep the product between 5 °C and 30 °C for a maximum period of 24 months.
