TETRAHYDROFURAN (THF) Solvent for the chemical welding of membranes DANOPOL.

Instruction for Use

  • Apply with a brush a THF layer simultaneously on the surfaces in contact with overlapping.
  • Joint is pressed for a second or two giving time to solvent for joining and welding both sides of membranes in contact.
  • Consumption is about 25 g/ml.
  • Room temperature should be above 5 ° C and membrane must be dry.
  • Welding control must be carry out passing more than 5 hours

Indications and Important Recommendations

  • When workers are exposed to concentrations above the exposure limits, they must wear appropriate certified respirators.
  • Easily flammable
  • Irritant to the eyes and respiratory tract
