Non-walkable flat roof (deck type) consisting of:
Vapor barrier and acoustic membrane finished with a 10 kg/m² aluminized film and 5 mm thick M.A.D.® PRO 100 installed on top of the peaks of the sheet metal; bare mineral wool panel with a total thickness of 100 mm and a density of 150 kg/m³ fixed to the support using steel fasteners (2 fasteners per panel); two-layer waterproofing system consisting of: a bituminous sheet modified with elastomers, with a plastic film finish, reinforced polyester felt reinforcement, weighing 3 kg/m², ESTERDAN® FM 30 P ELAST mechanically fixed to the support, and a highly durable bituminous sheet modified with elastomers (SBS), self-protected with black slate granules, with reinforced polyester felt reinforcement, weighing 5 kg/m², POLYDAN® 180-50/GP ELAST adhered to the previous sheet with a torch.
The fasteners will be double-threaded with corrosion-resistant treatment for 15 or 30 Kasternich cycles, depending on the external or internal humidity conditions, and will have the corresponding DITE or ETE. The density of fasteners will depend on the height of the building, exposure, dominant winds in the area, height of the parapet, open or closed building, etc., and will increase at the perimeters (edges and corners). The distance between fasteners will not be less than 18 cm or greater than 36 cm. If it is necessary to increase the density of fasteners, they will be arranged in complementary lines or rows (one or two), using ESTERDAN® FM 30 P ELAST as an auxiliary sheet.
