OVERLAP TAPE
Flexible tape used to seal the joints between IMPACTODAN® membranes.
Product variations:
Overlapping auto adhesive band Impactodan is composed of cross-linked polyethylene foam, 3 mm thick and 70 mm wide. It is used as auxiliary product when installing Impactodan´s solution for decks. It ensures a correct overlapping between Impactodan rolls, avoiding acoustic short-circuits that could reduce insulation effectiveness.

Instruction for Use
Previous operations
- Before starting the installation, it is advisable to consult the Technical Suitability Document nº 439 IMPACTODAN impact noise damping system.
- Once the IMPACTODAN has been spread, check that it is perfectly laid on the substrate, avoiding the creation of pockets.
- Next, place the edge of the roll, on the adhesive side, over the IMPACTODAN joint, making sure that there is 35 mm on each side.
- Unroll the CINTA DE SOLAPE and press down at the same time.
Indications and Important Recommendations
- As with any self-adhesive product, it is important that the surfaces to be glued are as clean as possible.
- Recommended temperature for application > 10ºC.
- Please read the instalation guide of the system.
- It will be taken into account that this product is part of a Sound Insulation system, so the Danosa Constructive Solutions Catalogue, Sound Insulation Commissioning must be taken into account. "Details of Singular Points" (SPD), as well as the rest of the Danosa documentation.
- The self-adhesive product can be supplied in a direct version or coated with protective tape.
