In the first quarter of this year, we appointed our very own Katie Pace as Managing Director. Katie has been with Danosa since 2018, starting in as Finance & HR Manager before being promoted to Operations & Finance Director in 2021.

With extensive experience and a proven track record of success, I am a seasoned professional with a robust financial background. Since obtaining my AAT qualification in 2004, I have consistently pursued personal development, which has been instrumental in shaping my career. Throughout the years, I have held diverse positions, commencing as an accounts assistant at Hendy Group, progressing to roles as Finance Manager and Director, and ultimately assuming my current position as Managing Director at Danosa UK. Notably, I garnered a strong manufacturing background during my tenure of eight years as the Marine BU Financial Controller at Orolia Ltd.
In addition to my financial expertise, and developed skills in budgeting, accounting, manufacturing, management, etc., I have developed my commercial and business skills, making me well-equipped to oversee the day-to-day operations of Danosa UK.
