A highly versatile and flexible fast curing hybrid polymer liquid detailing system for bitumen membrane systems. Can be coated in mineral chippings before curing to match the look of the bituminous cap sheet.

Instruction for Use
CATALYST ADDITION:Danoforce dark side is supplied with 50g of danoforce catalyst which must be mixed into the product before application.The danoforce dark side should be mixed with a wooden spatula. Do not mix danoforce dark side with a paddle mixer as this will draw air into the product.
1. Mask of designated area to be coated. It is recommended that the horizontal section extends a minimum of 150mm from the base of the detail to be coated.
2. Apply catalysed danoforce dark side by brush in one overall coat at a minimum coverage of 1.5 litres per m2 (1.8 kg/m²).
3. Check for any thin areas and apply more material as required.
4. Fully blind the liquid with mineral slate chippings until all areas of exposed resin are covered.
5. Remove masking tape and allow to cure.
6. Once the resin has fully cured, gently brush off any excess chippings which may be retained and reused.
7. On completion, seal all terminations with a suitable pu-sealant such as all-weather sealant.
Nb. Danosa uk recommends that where applicable, a small bond-test area is conducted on uncommon, concrete or cement-based structural substrates to ensure suitability of the product for intended purpose.
- On opening: mix thoroughly for at least 30 seconds.
- On addition of catalyst: mix thoroughly until catalyst paste has fully blended. This will take 30-60 seconds.
