POLYDAN PRO 40 HM
First-rate SBS elastomeric 4.0 kg/m² underlay.
Product variations:

Waterproofing bituminous sheet with non self-protected surface of 4.0 kg/m². Composed of a non-woven polyester fleece reinforcement and covered on both sides with an SBS modified bitumen mastic.
Upper surface: Polypropylene fabric.
Lower surface: Polypropylene fabric.
Instruction for Use
1. Substrate should be dry and clean from grease, dirt, debris or any other contaminants.
2. Where applicable, prime surface with BITUMEN PRIMER HM in accordance with DANOSA instructions and allow to dry.
3. For field applications:Roll the membrane into position, allowing for 80mm side overlaps and 100mm head overlaps and cut to length. All overlaps and cross joints should be staggered by a minimum of 300mm. Roll back the membrane for a portion of the length (approximately 50%). Pour hot melt liquid DURADAN ELAST 110/50 onto leading side of the membrane roll. The pour should be into a vee area between the membrane roll and the substrate (and through DURADAN reinforcement mesh, where applicable). Immediately roll the membrane into the DURADAN ELAST 110/50 hot melt liquid. Avoid applying excessive pressure to ensure a minimum mass of 3.00kg/m2 of hot melt liquid DURADAN ELAST 110/50 remains. Ensure a molten extrusion of hot melt liquid DURADAN ELAST 110/50 is visible from the overlap. 4. For detail applicationsPlace the membrane into position, allowing for 80mm side overlaps and100mm head overlaps and cut to length ensuring all overlaps and cross joints are staggered by a minimum of 300mm. Pour hot melt liquid DURADAN ELAST 110/50 onto leading side membrane roll. The pour should be into a vee area between the membrane roll and the substrate (and through DURADAN reinforcement mesh, where applicable). Apply sufficient pressureto consolidate the bond to the substrate. Ensure a molten extrusion of hot melt liquid DURADAN ELAST 110/50 is visible from the overlap.
Where falls apply, membrane rolls should be rolled up the slope so that water drains over and not into membrane overlaps.
2. Where applicable, prime surface with BITUMEN PRIMER HM in accordance with DANOSA instructions and allow to dry.
3. For field applications:
Where falls apply, membrane rolls should be rolled up the slope so that water drains over and not into membrane overlaps.
