ARGOTEC REPARACIÓN R4 FLUIDO is a single-component, high-strength, non-shrink, polymer-modified mortar (PCC) for structural repair of concrete pavements, formulated with a mixture of hydraulic binders, selected aggregates, polymers, corrosion inhibitors and fibres that provide excellent adhesion and mechanical properties.

Descriptive Memory

The repair of concrete elements will be carried out with ARGOTEC REPARACIÓN FLUIDO R4 mortar, from the company Argos cement derivatives, class R4 according to the UNE EN 1504-3 standard, in accordance with principle 3 (method 3.1.), principle 4 (method 4.4.) or principle 7 (methods 7.1. and 7.2.). The fixing substrate shall be sound, clean, free of friable parts, fully hardened and have completed its time of dimensional variation. The construction joints shall be respected

Instruction for Use

  • Mix ARGOTEC REPARACIÓN FLUIDO R4 with 4.25 L of clean water per 25 kg bag, preferably by mechanical means, until a homogeneous, creamy, lump-free mixture is obtained.
  • Pour the mortar in thicknesses never less than 10 mm and never more than 40 mm. The application time is approximately 30 minutes depending on the environmental conditions.

Cleaning of Work Tools

Tools are easily cleaned with water before the adhesive has hardened.
