Mesh made of 100% glass-fibre that increases tensile strength. It is used in the application of waterproofing mortars, plasters and renders, prolonging the durability of coatings. Resistant to fire, cracking and alkalinity.

Scope

  • In joints and cracks, as a repair before applying the coating
  • At 90° angles reinforcing the first layer of waterproofing coatings
  • Reinforcement of cladding on vertical supports and at singular points, reducing the risk of cracking.

  • Substrates on which any type of coating is to be applied, such as unglazed tiles, concrete, mortar renders and stone.

Instruction for Use

  • “The substrate must be cleaned thoroughly to remove dust, moss, lichen and efflorescence. DANOCLEAN® STAR and DANOCLEAN® ANTIGUNGI products should be used to assist in the cleaning process, depending on the type of dirt to be cleaned (see technical data sheets). Allow the substrate to dry completely before application.
  • When cutting the fabric, always use sharp instruments to avoid tearing the reinforcement.
  • Do not unroll more than 2 m in vertical application.
  • Always apply embedded in a first layer of mortar.
  • Cover with a second layer of coating, covering the mesh, thus creating a sandwich system”

Warning

  • The handling of this product does not require special care. However, it may cause irritation on sensitive skin. In this case, wash with soap and cold water.

Handling, storage and preservation

  • Keep the packaging hermetically sealed, in an upright position and protected from sun exposure.
