Liquid membrane to waterproof and reroof. With polyurethane

Waterproofing of non-accessible roofs that can be visited occasionally and for maintenance purposes.
Painting of asphalt sheets to improve insulation capacity (white).
Re-waterproofing of roofs with self-protected asphalt sheets (aluminium or slate).

Waterproofing paint for finishing roofs:

Before use shake the product until it is perfectly homogenised.
Apply a coat of primer, with a brush or wool roller, diluting REVESTIDAN REIMPER Blanco in the proportion of 3 parts by volume of the product to 1 part water, making sure that it penetrates well into all cracks or fissures.
Once the primer is dry (approximately 24 hours after application in normal conditions of temperature and relative humidity), apply successive coats of undiluted REVESTIDAN REIMPER Blanco until a coverage of 2 kg/m2 excluding primer is achieved (minimum 2 coats excluding primer)
Do not apply a coat until the previous one is completely dry.
It may be necessary to reinforce the singular points with a synthetic fabric reinforcement.

Waterproofing paint for finishing roofs on vertical elements:

Before use, shake the product until it is perfectly homogenised.
Apply a coat of primer, with a brush or a wool roller diluting REVESTIDAN REIMPER Blanco in the proportion of 3 parts by volume of the product to 1 part water, making sure that it penetrates well into all cracks or fissures.
Once the primer is dry, apply successive coats of undiluted REVESTIDAN REIMPER Blanco until a coverage of 2 kg/m2 excluding primer is achieved (minimum 2 coats excluding primer).
Do not apply a coat until the previous one is completely dry. Cure by evaporation of water in 24 hours at 20-25º C and 50% relative humidity. Drying time to touch, approximately 4 hours in normal conditions of temperature and relative humidity. Drying time between coats, approximately 8 hours in normal conditions of temperature and relative humidity.
It may be necessary to reinforce the singular points with a synthetic fabric reinforcement.

Clean tools with water right after finishing. If there is solid dirt, we recommend scraping it off.
Do not rest sharp or heavy objects on top of it.
Do not use in places in permanent contact with water, either through condensation, storage or waterlogging.
Waterproofing work must not be carried out when weather conditions may be detrimental, in particular in situations of snow, ice, rain or strong wind.
Constant or prolonged immersion is not recommended.
Not valid for waterproofing buried walls. In these cases we recommend DANOCRET® Protect Flex.
It should never be used as a waterproofing system to be subsequently protected with heavy protection, whether slabs, gravel or earth (in the case of landscaped roofs) or otherwise.
We recommend the application of a DANOPRIMER® W primer depending on the substrate.
